In my professional and consulting work to date, I have acquired a wealth of sound knowledge and experience in various disciplines, such as business administration, organizational development and coaching, and have also assisted international clients. Today, I am extending this knowledge with the findings of a science which is still young – Positive Psychology. It focuses on “successful life and work” and its aim is for people and organizations to experience more fulfillment and efficacy for themselves, their (working) environment and society. In this way, people can realize their unique potential and organizations gain effective tools for new ways of working.
